on November 1, 2016Correctly identified but the taxonomy and nomenclature has changed. It is now Dasiphora dryandanthoides! It is till the same plant - a low prostrate shrub with tiny silvery-haired leaves found in the Tibetan borderlands to 5500m Chris Chadwell shpa.org.uk
